Since 2021, Dreyco Math Tutors has been dedicated to transforming the way high school students approach mathematics. Our mission is to foster a deep understanding of complex concepts through a face-to-face mentorship approach. We believe that mathematics is more than just numbers—it is a language of logic and problem-solving. By providing a supportive environment where students can ask questions and explore solutions, we empower them to gain the confidence needed to excel in their academic journey.

Hi, my name is Ra'ees, I am the tutor behind Dreyco Math Tutors. My passion for mathematics started long before DMT.
In high school, I took Advanced Programme Mathematics as an additional subject and I competed in the Mathematics Olympiad, experiences that challenged me to think beyond simply memorising formulas and helped develop my problem-solving skills.
I went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude from CPUT with an Advanced Diploma in Operations Management, consistently achieving 90%+ in mathematics-related university modules. I was also trained and certified as a tutor by CPUT and previously worked there as an Accounting Tutor, where I gained valuable experience helping students understand challenging concepts.
Today, I work in the Finance department for one of the world's largest container shipping and logistics companies. This gives me the opportunity to apply analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills in a professional environment every day.
Through DMT, I want to bring all of these experiences together - not just to teach students how to get the right answer, but to help them understand the mathematics, build confidence and develop the skills to solve problems independently.
